MOOSE (Maine Organization of Storytelling Enthusiasts)

Moose Meeting January 11th, 2012

7-8, Open Mic (YOU can tell a 10 minute story!), 8:10-9, Featured Storyteller
MOOSE meets on the Second Wednesday of each month.

January's host is Vernon Cox, who can be reached at mainestoryteller@gmail.com

8:00 January's Featured performer: Bill Hinderer

Bill is a father, husband, professional cook, veteran, and storyteller who was raised in a family full of tales, mostly of family members’ misadventures that were told and retold until no one could remember exactly who had what part in any of the stories.

His own stories take the listener from the coast of Maine to the battlefields of Vietnam and back. His stories are filled with joy and sorrow, laughter and tears, with a few surprises along the way.
Each month a featured Professional Story Performer will entertain and enlighten Adult audiences for the suggested donation of $5.00 per person.

If you would like to contact Bill Hinderer to arrange a live performance please call him on his phone at 207-766-2636.
