TELLABRATION! 2009
TELLABRATION! is a worldwide event sponsored by
NSN
(National Storytelling Network) for adults, celebrating the
oral tradition. MOOSE is hosting a TELLABRATION! event in Portland,
Wednesday, Nov. 11 from 7-9 at the North Star Cafe, 225 Congress
St. Portlalnd, Maine. This popular worldwide event is back in
Portland featuring performers,
Pat Gardner, Mike Harris,
Deena Weinstein, Bill Hinderer, Chris
Newcomb Jean Armstrong, Phyllis Blackstone
Lynne Cullen and
hosted by
Debb
Freedman. Wonderful stories for an adult audience performed by
members of
Maine Organization of Storytelling Enthusiasts
(MOOSE). Proceeds to benefit MOOSE and the National
Storytelling Network. There are thousands of locations worldwide
celebrating storytelling with Tellabration performances in the
month of November! Join us for warmth, wit and the unexpected!
