"Maine Organization Of Storytelling Enthusiasts"

Haiti Matters to Mainer's

****** Attention Maine Storytellers and listeners
The Maine Organization Of Storytelling Enthusiasts (Moose)
are planning some upcoming Story Events to raise awareness and Funds for the people of Haiti.

If you are interested please let us know. We will need not only creative talent but lots of support, and behind the scenes help.
Bob set up a model of storytelling philanthropy to help feed the world. Instead of reinventing the wheel we can use his templates for promotion and his logo. Please read below from our Massmouth cousin Andrea.
Thanks for your help because Haiti Matters to Mainer's

Dear All,

Last year Bob Reiser came up with a wonderful idea called storybowls to feed a hungry world. http://storybowl.ning.com/ They help produce venues like the Story Tsunami a few years back. In fact Lee Ellen Marvin has been involved with this project's logo and advice. The first one was this year was given at the UN. All the money goes to the charity of your choice. Take a look at the site it may prove helpful if you are looking to produce a benefit for Haiti and it has it's roots in the storytelling community.,
Best, Andrea Lovett
